Can You Help Solve Mystery Train Mystery?

s-l1600

Back in the 1960s and into the 1970s, the Midwest Railway Historical Foundation sponsored a series of mystery trips. Passengers would board a train bound for a destination that was not disclosed until passengers were on board.

In early 1962, one of those trips involved the Erie Lackawanna Railroad. Passengers boarded in Akron, Kent, Ravenna, Warren and Niles for an undisclosed destination.

Do you know what the destination was of this train? If so, reply to this message.
