The Akron Railroad Club has canceled its March meeting, which was to have been held on Saturday, March 28.
Club president Todd Dillon noted that many ARRC members are over age 60 and those in that age group are at higher risk if they contract coronavirus. He also mentioned that they are at risk for the flu.
The March meeting was to have been the annual member’s night and pizza party.
The next ARRC meeting is scheduled to be held on April 24 and will feature a program presented by Dillon.
