Smiling Chessie Cat

It is 1986 and westbound Chessie System (Western Maryland) GP40-2 No. 4314 is sitting in Warwick on what is called the scale track where coal trains were once weighed. Perhaps her crew ran out of time and this train is  awaiting a replacement crew. If you look closely at the locomotive nose you’ll see that some wag has given Chessie eyes, a nose and a smile.
