A pair of Erie Lackawanna locomotives, Nos. 2562 and 2501 lead an eastbound past the still-operating Quaker Oats plant in Akron in the late 1960s. This later became Quaker Square with the silos repurposed as a hotel. After that closed, the University of Akron acquired the facility and the former hotel became student housing.
