The wayback machine has taken us to Brewster and set us down by the Norfolk & Western shops. In front of us is N&W No. 8524, which was built by GE in June 1982. It would later serve Norfolk Southern and Railcar Limited. The date of this photograph is Oct. 17, 1977.
