One Night In Berea

Richard Jacobs did quite a bit of night photography work in Berea during the Penn Central era. This image of an F unit was made in March 1975. The train is apparently sitting on the connection that passenger trains used to use to switch from the Lake Front Line to the Short Line as they traveled to and from Cleveland Union Terminal. The lighting on the west side of BE tower might be coming from an eastbound train.
