Collinwood Yard in Cleveland may have been New York Central territory but when these photographs were made in 1974 it had taken on a firm Penn Central identity.
In the foreground is PC No. 6517, a U25C along with PC No. 6560, a U33C.
Note the two PC boxcars in the background. There is nary a trace of the Central to be seen in this frame aside, perhaps, from the signal along the left edge of the frame.
