Its snowing in Akron as a westbound Penn Central manifest freight passes JO Tower in Akron in 1975. The tower was built into the side of a building next to Market Street. Leading the train is FP7A No. 4341, which was built for the Pennsylvania Railroad in May 1952. It would survive into the Conrail era.
